I am Coley Hapeman, a mindset and nervous system health coach, and I approach health and wellness from a movement-based, nervous system perspective. When your nervous system is healthy, it will manage all of the systems of your body and mind with ease, and other problems often resolve themselves. I offer online education and coaching in addition to in person classes, workshops, or retreats.

Combining the Fajarado Method of Holistic Biomechanics and the StateChange Universal Accelerated Resilience model with my years of experience as a trauma therapist and educator, my online education and coaching teaches skills that will create more effective ways of responding to the world. Whether you want to create more easeful movement patterns or let go of persistent patterns of thinking, feeling and acting, I will support you as you repattern thoughts and movement.
Because my online education and coaching programs are grounded in holistic, nervous system education, I work with people looking to address a range of issues.
The nervous system is the underlying mechanism for healing, influencing it's overall functioning is an effective way to address the underlying causes of many conditions. In this way, I am both a physical health coach and a mental health coach. In this work, thoughts, feelings, and movement are known to be intertwined and we address with all three to shift stuck patterns. Cool, eh?
I approach health and wellness from a holistic, nervous system perspective and offer online education and coaching , or in person on a walk (if you are local). Hey there! I'm Coley, a board-certified health coach and my mission is to live a vibrant and connected life and to help others do the same. I am also a parent, mental health system disruptor, rehabber of a broken back, yogi, artist, horseback rider, hiker, dancer, and lover of mosses.
Nicole Hapeman (Coley) is a brain & body health coach with a lifelong interest in biology, psychology, and joy.
She is a Board Certified Coach (BCC) and Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) who is trained in the Fajarado Movement Method. She is spent years working as a clinical counselor, and is an innovator in delivering creative, accessible, proactive health and wellness programs to adolescents and adults. Her practice is dedicated to helping people cultivate nervous system health through the knowledge that every thought we have ever had is connected to a motor pattern- and when you change how you move, you change how you think.
Coley is the co-founder of the mental health media & education company StateChange Media, which she founded with Shauna Hill, LCSW, with the goal of making the tools and skills of mental health & resilience accessible to all and the understanding that the current model of diagnosis and treatment will never be able to address the mental health needs of modern life.
Coley's experience as a trauma & attachment therapist, instructor of yoga, Nia, & attention-based practices, along with her understanding of the profound healing power of attention and movement, led her down a rabbit hole of exploring the science and lived experience of embodiment as a path to self-regulation, connection, and vitality. Her programs are equally grounded in theory and practice and are designed to empower people to cultivate health & wellness from a holistic, strengths-based, nervous system perspective.
